IPS AIRWAYS Looking for a Reservations and Revenue Officer to join its team.
 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurate completion of daily paperwork summarising information. Accurate recording of all information and report writing.

  • Daily running of the reservation Centre, keeping Management fully informed at all times of any issues that need escalating. Smooth and efficient running of operations, requiring to multi-task jobs and work well under pressure.

  • To support and liaise with the Station Manager on the day of flights, resolving ticketing/reservation issues

  • Take direction for revenue management and adjust the CRS/PSS frequently

  • Ensure that all IPS AIRWAYS policies, operational standards and procedures are always adhered to.

  • To take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and the safety of others who may be at risk by his/her acts.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.

  • To maintain and respect confidentiality at all times and to ensure the Company’s confidentiality policy is maintained.

  • Essential administrative duties.

 

Essential Skills

  • Good written and verbal English (Urdu Speaking is an Advantage)

  • Multilingual languages preferred

  • Friendly and approachable nature

  • Customer Service and focus

  • Good Airport knowledge

  • Problem Solving

  • Energetic and enthusiastic

  • Good telephone manners and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Time management skills

  • Excellent prioritisation skills to maintain and improve standards

  • Computer skills (excel, word and PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge and experience in airline reservations and ticketing

  • Ability to motivate and assist others and lead by example
