Job description
IPS Airways is seeking a dedicated Revenue and Reservations Officer to join our team in Islamabad. As a Revenue and Reservations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and ensuring seamless reservations processes for our passengers. You will be responsible for managing inventory, pricing strategies, and reservations systems to optimise revenue generation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities​

Implement revenue management strategies to maximize yield and profitability.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.

Manage inventory availability and pricing across all distribution channels.

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of reservations, ticketing, and booking inquiries.

Provide excellent customer service and support to passengers throughout the reservations process.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Reports to Station Manager - Islamabad.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or airline sales.

Proficiency in reservations systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and revenue management software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
