IPS Airways is seeking a dynamic and experienced Station Manager to lead our operations in Islamabad. As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations at Islamabad Airport, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning to deliver exceptional service to our passengers. You will lead a dedicated team, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold our high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate ground operations, including ticketing, baggage handling, catering, fuelling and passenger services.

  •  Responsible for monitoring and managing all airport operations in compliance and agreed SLAs with GHA

  • Responsible for Audit records and On-time performance

  • Manage and develop direct reports to achieve high standards of services and optimise operation

  • Liaise and work with local GSAs to drive sales for both cargo and passengers

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  •  Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

  • Handle operational challenges and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Reports to General Manager Operations based at the Headquarters, UK.

  • Must be familiar with Station Emergency Procedures and escalations.

  • Must maintain and take personal and staff Health & Safety and all times.


  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline or airport operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
